Fluid and playful yet formal, this workplace blends opulence and global expression within a contemporary office setting.
The Opus, Dubai, is envisioned as a formal yet fluid workplace, opulent in its materiality, and deliberately encourages moments of play and interaction. Designed to balance discretion with dynamism, the space departs from rigid corporate planning to embrace a flowing spatial language that reflects the brand’s global outlook and the expressive architecture of Dubai.
A sculptural, asymmetrical reception space weaves together the various functions of the office, such as meeting rooms, workspaces, and informal zones, allowing movement to unfold intuitively. The reception maintains a sense of formality and gravitas, while its fluid geometry, inspired by Zaha Hadid’s architectural language, creates a seamless dialogue between the interiors and the building’s context.

Workstations and shared areas are carefully planned to maximise natural light, enhancing focus and comfort throughout the day. This emphasis on daylight is balanced with the need for privacy: meeting and discussion spaces are acoustically and visually buffered, enabling confidential conversations without isolation. The result is a workplace that feels interactive and connected, yet composed and controlled.
Material choices reinforce this duality. Terrazzo flooring lends a sense of continuity and understated luxury while allowing the spaces to remain flexible and adaptable. A display of artworks curated from across the globe adds character and vibrancy to the office, introducing layers of meaningful personal expression within an otherwise formal setting.
At Opus, Dubai Office, privacy and openness coexist—where formality is enriched by movement and light, and where design, art, and everyday functionality come together to support a contemporary, evolving way of working.
