A workspace where climate-conscious design takes centre stage.
The corporate office of Visage Beauty and Health Care Products Pvt. Ltd. in Noida reimagines the modern workplace as a dynamic and collaborative environment. Previously flat floor plates are transformed with design interventions that elevate efficiency, engagement, and employee well-being.
Responding to the climate, the façade on the southwest and southeast areas receiving maximum sunlight is crafted through volumetric analysis. Superposed fins in Corten steel panels act as solar protection, blocking summer heat while permitting winter light. This dual façade creates depth and dynamism, with the rust-toned fins reflecting light differently throughout the day, softening the contemporary expression of the structure.
At the heart of the building lies a dramatic three-storey void—an amphitheatre that connects floors both visually and socially. With horizontal and vertical views cutting across the workspace, this volume becomes the hub of everyday life at Visage. The stepped amphitheatre, set in a muted palette with a bold black backdrop, encourages open discussions and presentations.

Workstations, conference rooms, and collaboration areas are strategically positioned around the void, enabling seamless interaction. Vertical connections are expressed through a playful reception staircase with palatial lighting and a bridge-like stairway linking the first and second floors—symbolising collaboration and engineering precision. Custom-designed furniture and height-adjustable desks align with the brand ethos, striking a balance between privacy, personalisation, and teamwork.
The interiors mirror the façade’s rhythm with customised ceiling fins concealing services while integrating lighting and acoustic panels. Carefully calculated for sound comfort, these elements also enhance spatial dynamics. Meanwhile, a biophilic design strategy threads nature indoors through longitudinal planters and daylight-rich spaces, optimising health and productivity. Every detail reflects the seamless collaboration of design and engineering—from bespoke furniture systems to climate-responsive strategies. The result is a workplace that embodies Visage’s values, fosters well-being, and redefines corporate office design as an immersive, climate-conscious, and people-centric experience.
