Primarc’s retail office is designed as a light-filled workplace where spatial clarity and comfort guide every decision. The design balances openness with control, creating an environment that feels invigorating yet composed. Natural light becomes one of the primary architectural elements. The building is carefully oriented and planned to admit generous daylight, keeping workstations bright throughout the day. At the same time, shading strategies and calibrated openings prevent harsh glare and direct heat gain, ensuring comfort is never compromised. This results in a workspace that feels connected to the outdoors while remaining focused and functional.

At its centre sits a multifunctional conference table—an intentional departure from enclosed boardrooms. This large, shared surface acts as the social and operational heart of the office, accommodating formal discussions, collaborative sessions, and informal exchanges with equal ease. Workstations are designed around this for flexibility. Adjustable desks and adaptable layouts support varied work styles, creating a welcoming atmosphere and allowing the space to respond fluidly to changing needs. An earthy, muted colour palette grounds the interiors in warmth and subtlety. Soft natural tones create a calm visual backdrop, reinforcing a sense of balance and well-being. Acoustic ceiling panels mitigate noise while integrated lighting ensures consistent, glare-free illumination.
