An immersive jewellery store where craftsmanship, proportion, and legacy unfold in a curated spatial narrative.
Spanning three levels in Chandigarh’s Sector 22D, the new Talwarsons flagship is envisioned as an immersive environment for fine jewellery and craftsmanship. At its heart, an oval atrium ties the store vertically, anchored by a cascading alabaster-and-brass bespoke chandelier that flows through the triple height volume and lends a quiet sense of continuity across all floors.
The interiors balance richness and restraint. Fiddleback mahogany wall panelling with its deep, rippled grains sets a textured backdrop, accented with brass inlays, trims, and bespoke fixtures. Display units in glass and brass frames, each jewellery piece with precision, while neutral-toned seating in soft greys and beiges introduces a tactile softness against the richer surfaces. Storytelling is embedded into the spatial experience: curated visual merchandising vignettes punctuate the galleries, while a hand-carved stone mural lends permanence and artistry to the narrative.
The flooring in polished marble, the carved reception desk in stone with fluted detailing, and the delicate brass-and-alabaster railings around the central atrium together establish a tone of material honesty and timelessness. More than a retail destination, the design positions jewellery not merely as objects of value, but as artefacts framed within an environment shaped by legacy, proportion, and care.
