The workplace today is no longer defined by rigid frameworks; it is expected to inspire, engage, and
adapt. For a fintech leader like Pay10, the office had to echo agility and clarity, while remaining grounded
in craft and comfort. With this intent, the design articulates a hybrid language, one that merges the
contemporary with the contextual to reflect the brand’s evolving yet rooted ethos.
Situated on the second floor of a North-facing commercial building in South-East New Delhi, the site offered abundant natural light and views of surrounding greenery. The spatial layout adheres to Vaastu principles while retaining openness and visual flow. Visitors are welcomed into a reception and lounge area defined by a sweeping feature wall that doubles as a sculptural anchor and circulation guide.
The feature wall, crafted from nearly 300 layers of stacked ply, functions beyond a partition. Its curved form integrates the brand’s identity, with the logo subtly embossed into its surface. It provides lounge seating at the reception, a community table, and built-in storage on the reverse side. This spine-like element establishes visual continuity across the workspace and reinforces the relationship between craft and technology.
Meeting rooms lie to the left of the entry, while executive cabins are placed to the right for greater privacy. Beyond the central wall, the workspace unfolds into a cluster of workstations flanked by arched-entry HOD pods and cabins. Each area benefits from full-height fenestrations that connect the interiors with the landscape beyond—enhancing daylight access and a sense of calm.
The palette balances clarity and warmth. Deep greens, wood finishes, and light metal shelving define the work zones with a clean, modern expression. In leadership cabins, oak panelling, custom furniture, and soft lighting bring quiet richness.
Built with precision and purpose, the Pay10 Office reflects a seamless blend of technology and craft. Each space is thoughtfully detailed, creating an environment that is both efficient and emotionally grounded. The result is a workplace that feels distinctly modern, deeply human, and unmistakably Indian.
